I brought in my Tesla Model X for adjustable rear camber arm installation and alignment. I arrived on time for my appointment and it took two hours before the work began. The work took all day. At the end of the day when the work was completed, I discovered that the car height was uneven. The car was stuck in jack mode. I pointed it out right away and the manager told me to make another appointment if there was a problem. I was sent away with major suspension problems to drive home in a very unsafe situation. I immediately made a new appointment for them to fix the issue. I brought it back in, and they resolved the jack mode and leveling issue. Within days, I felt a change in the vehicle suspension. When I accelerated, the whole car torqued/twisted one way. When I let off the accelerator, it torqued/twisted the opposite way. I immediately brought it into a different shop for inspection, since I was out of state on a road trip. Immediately, they discovered that the rear wheels could be wiggled by hand. Just had my alignment done and a tire balance for an incredible price! While others charge up to 150.00 this place is affordable and doesn't try to gouge the customer. They also use state of the art equipment for alignments. Awesome place.

I had an emergency tire repair for my motor home on two tires,I pulled up and went inside and asked if they could switch the tires I nm ought elsewhere and have them put on the rims that the bad tires were on. They took me right away,it didn't take long and the price was great. Very friendly people too. Thank you TG tires

This review is for Tesla owners wheel alignment here at TG. You can skip this review if you dont care about tesla, thanks. I visited your establishment for a wheel alignment on my Tesla Model X. The front desk service was unsatisfactory. My primary concern was that after the alignment, my steering wheel remained tilted approximately 2 to 3 degrees to the left, with a corresponding pull to the right. I returned for a second attempt at correction. After a one-hour wait, I was informed the issue was resolved. This seemed unusually quick, considering Tesla wheel alignments typically require nearly two hours. Furthermore, my Tesla app indicated that work on my vehicle lasted only about 40 minutes. Finally, when I inquired about the problem and its cause, I observed a mechanic gesture dismissively to the receptionist, which eroded my confidence. A short test drive revealed the problem remained uncorrected. I have attached photographic and video evidence. I immediately returned, explaining the persistence of the issue, but the correction was only partially successful, and a refund was refused. I subsequently sought a proper alignment elsewhere. Came in off street and brought my own cv axle, and front rear crossmember to inquire 3 hours later it was done at a price that beat every quote i had. This was an off-road accident on a after market lift. Did great job and got alignment perfect.
